Refund Policy

Service Appointments and Gift Cards

Any monies paid towards the purchase of services received or future services are non-refundable. Similarly, any monies paid towards gift cards sold by IVONNE are non-refundable.  All unused values may be used towards the purchase of future services or select products. All Appointment Confirmation Fees are non-refundable.


All products sold through our website, our affiliates, or in-clinic are non-refundable except for the following circumstances or where expressly outlined separately below:

Opened products purchased through Ivonne Sanchez Beauty where a product has caused an adverse reaction.

Within 14 days of purchase, where an individual or collection of products has caused an adverse reaction this opened product may be returned,  upon proof of adverse reaction* (email with a photo and description of the reaction) has been received, and once Ivonne Sanchez Beauty has confirmed that the product(s) can be returned.

Within 14 days of purchase, unopened and unused products may, upon notice, be returned WITH original receipt, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any monies will be placed on the client account for future use of services or select products.

AlumierMD Refund Policy
Clients may return an AlumierMD product purchased at our physical location within 30 days from the date of purchase, or within 60 days if the product has caused an allergic reaction.  Clients may either  receive a refund or credit towards the purchase of other AlumierMD products for sale at our location. Clients are required to first sign and complete a refund form.

An adverse reaction is an unexpected and dangerous reaction. Redness by itself is not an adverse reaction and is a normal part of new skincare use.


In the unlikely event of a technical or accounting error (namely an incorrect charge, an overcharge, duplicate charge, or similar) the client shall have a period of 180 days to raise the dispute with IVONNE, Inc.  The client shall have an additional 45 days to resolve the dispute charge and allow IVONNE, Inc. a period of 45 additional days to effect any corrections or refunds.

For corrections or disputes over $100 CAD clients may be required to sign an official release confirming that their dispute has been remedied.

Refunds Related to Allegations of "False Advertising"

Since IVONNE makes no claims or guarantees as to the results of its cosmetic services or products IVONNE accepts no responsibility for any refund requests owing to allegations of “false” or “misleading” advertising.  All advertising assets have limitations and we leave it up to each client to conduct their own complete and full due diligence, drawing upon external authoritative resources over a reasonable period of time to make their own service and product decisions. IVONNE will not award refunds to clients who “troll” our social media looking for evidence of narrow promises or insinuated guarantees, namely those that have been taken out of context by mistake or with malicious intent.
