When things don’t go as smooth, or turn out as they should then this can be frustrating. Sometimes we just have a question, or need reassurance about something in our aftercare. All all cases we’re here to help.

How To Resolve Service Issues

Is there a problem with your pigment retention or have your nails underperformed? Although rare, these things can happen. The quickest way to resolve your concern is directly is to reach out to your service provider and let them know. They’ll have some tips and suggestions for how to deal with it now, and what can be done to resolve anything in a follow-up service. Just reach out to your artist using the IG links in the “Artists” menu above. If it has been determined that a follow-up appointment will be needed then please book your correction in our booking engine using the “Book Now” button at the top of this page.

How To Resolve Product Issues

  • Broken packaging
  • A dangerous and adverse reaction
